MINUTES OF THE
TOWN OF
TOWN ROADS & RIGHT OF WAY COMMITTEE MEETING
June 7, 2007
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM by Chairman, Greg Martin.
Those present were committee members: Mitch McGee, Jack Meinke, Dick Webb, Greg Martin and Jerry Witt.
The agenda was read and approved. Agenda was posted in accordance with State Statutes.
Minutes of meeting held May 24, 2007 were presented. A motion was made by Mitch and seconded by Jack to dispense with the reading of the minutes. Motion carried.
A review of the Road & Right-of-way Policy was done by the full committee.
All committee members were to sign the policy recommendations. The document will then be presented to the Town Board for their approval.
This committee has concluded its current business. This committee will remain available to the Town Board of the Town of
