Call the Regular Board Meeting to order

Roll Call to establish a quorum/Verification of Public Notice

Motion to approve the May Agenda, approve minutes of the Last Regular Board Meeting and Motion to dispense with reading of the minutes.

Public Comment Session – 3 Minute limit for those not on the agenda

Approval for engineering services on the ramps at the Town Hall

Request of Plan Commission to review and make possible changes ot the Land Use Plan

1) Petition for Zoning District Map Amendment application request by Jeffrey & Mildred Johnson to re-zone their property located at 53060 State Highway 27 from R-2 to C (Commercial)

2) Petition for Zoning District Map Amendment application request by Richard Stack, Nathan Holden as agent to re-zone their property located at 52260 Pease Road from Forestry 1 to Residential 1

Sharon Hough from Trading Post on Fire Inspections policies

Operator’s Licenses: 2 year renewals for Jean M. Scheer, Donald A Scheer, Michael Frelichowski and Clyde R Carter

Temporary Class B (Picnic) License for the Barnes Lions Club at the BarnesTownPark on August 14^th and 15^th.

All Department Heads are encouraged to be at the Regular Board Meetings

All Department Heads and Committee Heads are to submit a written report to the clerk

By Friday evening prior to the Board Meeting.

The Town Board reserves the right to solicit information from

Department heads and Committee heads only, without opening the floor to discussion.
