Call Plan Commission Meeting to Order.
Roll call to establish quorum/Verification of Public Notice
Approve the Agenda
Motion to dispense with the reading of the last Plan Commission meeting minutes and approve the minutes.
Public Comment Session – 5 minute limit for those not on the agenda
Zoning/Land Use applications submitted to the Town of Barnes requiring Plan Commission recommendations.
1) Petition for Zoning District Map Amendment submitted by Jeffrey and Mildred Johnson to rezone their property located at 53060 State Highway 27 from Residential 2 to Commercial.
2) Petition for Zoning Map Amendment submitted by Richard Stack, Nathan Holden, agent to rezone the property located at 52260 Pease Road from Forestry 1 to Residential 1.
