Country Line Dancing  Tamara L Davis  You’ll start with simple moves and slowly  boost the intensity by adding more challenging  patterns. Ramping  Tamara L Davis  Ramping is a low impact cardio workout  using various movement patterns on an  inclined ramp. Choreography is basic, but  using the ramp (and fun music) will boost  intensity, add variety and target your buttocks  and thighs as you press against the  inclined surface for a low impact workout  with a lower body focus. Arm movements  and high intensity movements are optional  and can be added for a more intense  workout at the discretion of each exerciser.  Ramping is as easy as treadmill walking,  but so much more fun! Jazz & Ballet Ages 5-6  Tamara L Davis  No class June 27. Children will be taught  the basic arm and foot positions of ballet  and jazz. Class will include across the  floor patterns and basic steps that will be  worked into a routine. The goal in this  class is for the children to have fun. The  instructor will encourage your child’s potential  and build skills in creative dance  and overall motor-coordination while enhancing  their self confidence. To protect  the Civic Center’s floor, please carry in  athletic shoes to put on for dancing.
