Planning Commission members present: Gene Ratzel, Diane Rupnow, Donna Porter, Dave Pease.
Alternate present: Duke Marten
Member absent: Dick Webb
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gene Ratzel. Agenda read.
Roll call to establish quorum.
Motion (Pease/ Porter) to approve agenda. Motion carried.
Motion ( Porter/ Marten) to dispense with the reading of the minutes from the last meeting. Motion carried.
Motion (Porter/ Marten) to approve the minutes from the last meeting. Motion carried.
Public Comments: None
Zoning, Land Use Applications:
1- David Koranski and Scott Swift: Residence in F1 zoning district.
Motion (Porter/ Pease) to approve. Discussion followed. It complies with the Land Use Plan and meets all setbacks. Motion carried.
2- Dale and Colleen Peterson: Residence in F1 zoning district.
Motion (Porter/Rupnow) to approve. Call for discussion. It complies with the Land Use Plan and meets all setbacks. Motion Carried.
3- Mike and Suzette Tremblay: Permit to operate home based business.
Motion (Porter/Marten) to approve. Call for discussion. Primary operation on sire would be storage of equipment. The buildings are there. Storage of the equipment should be inside the buildings. Motion Carried.
