The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gene Ratzel.
Motion (Pease/
Porter) to approve agenda. Motion carried.

to dispense with the reading of the minutes from the last meeting. Motion

Zoning, Land Use

Review and discussion
of completed elements of the Town of
Discussion of the Lake Management Plan: The Lake Management Plan will not be completely ready for review until into next year.
The changes to the Land Use Plan Draft were reviewed. Discussion of the maps: The statement that has been added to the bottom of the maps protects the landowner’s rights. Perhaps down the road, the map labeled 5-6 could be corrected so the current lots that are zoned residential are labeled correctly. The Plan is a work in progress.
