ORDINANCE NUMBER: CHAPTER 8 Section 4

Jet Ski Resolution

The town board of the Town of Barnes, Bayfield County, Wisconsin, by this resolution, adopted on proper notice with a quorum and by a roll call vote of a majority of the town board present and voting resolves and orders as follows:

Chapter Eight (8), Section Four (4) of the Town of Barnes ordinances shall be amended to read:

No person shall water ski, operate a motorboat or other power propelled device pulling an object and /or a person, or use a jet ski on the waters herein described after the hour of 5:00 PM and before the hour of 10:00 AM.

The town clerk shall properly post or publish this resolution as required under s. 60.80, Wis. stats.
