Community Health Fair sponsored by the Barnes Community VFW Auxiliary 8329
will be held at the Barnes Community
Church on Highway N
from 9 to 1 on Friday, October 12.

We are so grateful for these dedicated people who give of
their time and expertise to make our Health Fair a real service to the
community.
The following are fees:
- Flu
shots for $30, or Medicare B.
- Five
item blood chemistry (12 hour fast) $12
- Urinalysis
test $2
- Hemocult card $5
All other services are free.
These include:
- Glaucoma
test
- Blood
Pressure test
- Bone
Density test
- Hearing
evaluation
Appointments for Mammograms will be taken the day of the
Health Fair and the Mammograms will be given on November 2, 2007 at the church.
