OPEN BOOK IS SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, JUNE 2ND from 7:30-9:30am in the Town Hall. The Board of Review will meet on Monday, June 18th from 9am-11am in the Town Hall.

Tomahawk Lake Park Volunteer Trail Work Day is Friday, May 25th from 2-5pm! Meet in the main parking lot at Tomahawk with work gloves, a hammer and/or pruner.  Cold beverages will be provided!

The Transfer Site  will be closed Wed., July 4th in observance of the holiday-it will be open Thurs., July 5th from 8am-2pm.

The theme for this year's 4th of July Parade is "WILD, WILD WEST!"- Break out your cowboy boots and hats!

The Vatten Paddlar race is Saturday, July 7th!  see the website for more information.  Volunteers needed!

LAKE ROAD UPDATE-The contractor is scheduled to return on June 4th - The road is open but please use caution and drive slowly.  It is in rough gravel condition but letting it settle over the winter should increase the life of the road once it is paved.

Tomahawk Park is getting improvements!  The Town has received a matching funds grant to expand the park facilities. Learn more here.  Please consider making a tax deductible donation using this Pledge form.

Tracy Pooler is the Bayfield County Ass't Zoning Administrator -contact him at 715-373-6138 for Planning and Zoning questions.  He has office hours in Barnes on Tuesdays from 10-12pm.
